Welcome to the website of the OCHA Donor Support Group. We are excited to announce that you will be able to access the site using Humanitarian ID (HID) - a unique authentication and contact management system designed especially for the humanitarian community.

All current ODSG Partners are invited to login to visit the member site, where they will find all materials and resources related to the OCHA Donor Support Group.

The site requires you to log in using the Humanitarian ID (HID) authentication system. Here’s how:

  1. Click on the “Log in with Humanitarian ID” button above, and you’ll automatically be transferred to the HID website to provide your credentials.
  2. Once you’ve entered your HID credentials, click “Login”
  3. A screen will pop up asking you to confirm ODSG’s permission to use your HID account. Click on “Allow” and you’ll automatically be transferred back to the ODSG site, where you can now access all available content.

For those who did not have a Humanitarian ID (HID) account, we wanted to make the switch as smooth as possible. Using the email address in our records, we have created an account for you and classified your role to match the necessary security clearance level.

Now you simply have to go over to HID and set your own password by clicking “Forgot Your Password?” You will receive an automated email providing a link to reset your password. Just follow the instructions to set a new password. Once finished, you can immediately use your new HID credentials for logging in to the ODSG website.
